Customer revenue operating system

The CRM that agrees with your forecast.

Your pipeline is in the CRM. Your forecast is in a spreadsheet. Your renewals are in someone's head. Correl holds all three, so the number you take to the board is the work your team actually did.

  • Permissions that holdEvery person sees exactly what their role allows, and nothing else.
  • Your data stays yoursSelf-hosted on your own infrastructure, in a standard PostgreSQL database.
  • A full audit trailEvery change records who made it and when.
Correl's Command workspace: an activity ribbon above a twelve-row work queue, with an inspector panel showing why the selected case is in the queue, what happens next and the evidence behind it.

Traceability

Pick a figure. See the work underneath it.

Every number here is the sum of records you can open. Choose one and Correl shows you the deals behind it, the stage each one has reached and the dated evidence that got it there.

Correl's forecast tape: pipeline GBP 3.7M, forecast GBP 1.3M, won GBP 1.0M, customer health 58, at-risk revenue GBP 1.5M.

The product

Four workspaces. Not forty screens.

One record the whole way through. Nothing re-entered, and nothing lost in the gap between two teams who were using two different tools.

01

Command

Open Correl and you land on the work, not a dashboard. It ranks what is at risk and says what has to happen next, so nobody has to guess which deal needs them today.

02

Customer Graph

One customer, whole. Who they are, who they know inside their own company, and everything that has happened, on one screen instead of five tabs.

Revenue Desk

Quotes, contracts, renewals and the forecast in one ledger. Managers can still override the number. They just cannot do it quietly.

Meetings belong to the record, not to a separate tool. Every invite is attached to the account it is about, so the history is still there a year later.

Trust

What it refuses to do.

Most of what makes a CRM trustworthy is what it will not let happen. Three rules hold everywhere in Correl, and none of them are settings you can turn off.

01

Permissions are not a suggestion.

Hiding a button is not security. What each person can see and change is set once and enforced everywhere, so a rep cannot reach another region's pipeline by finding a different route in.

02

It corrects, it never erases.

A wrong number gets a correction with a name and a time against it. The original stays readable, so you can still prove what the forecast said the day you committed to it.

03

It says when it does not know.

An empty field stays empty. Correl will not fill a gap with a plausible guess, because a number you cannot source is worse than no number at all.

Migration

Twenty years of history, brought over intact.

Teams do not stay on a CRM because they like it. They stay because moving looks terrifying. So the import keeps going until every row is either in, or explained.

  1. Bring an export from Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoldMine or any CSV.
  2. Map the columns once. It remembers the mapping.
  3. Check the rows it could not place, and fix them in place.
  4. Commit. Every record still knows which file it came from.
The CRM migration workbench: a staged CSV import with column mapping and a row-review table listing each incoming account and its readiness.

See it on your own pipeline.

You get your own Correl workspace, set up for the way you actually sell. Bring a real forecast, your worst account and last quarter's export. The hard parts are the interesting ones.
