Optional usage
One-time packs: 2,500 credits for £25, 10,000 for £100, or 25,000 for £250. One credit equals 1p. Verified work email costs 8 credits, standard phone 35, and extended phone 135 in total. Existing purchased credits retain their original terms.
Prepaid in GBP, separate from Data Credits, with a £25 minimum top-up. US local numbers cost £3 per month and UK local numbers £6 per month while retained. No additional calling seat fee.
Per started minute: standard US outbound and UK landline outbound 3.5p; UK mobile outbound 6p; US inbound to browser 2.5p; UK inbound to browser 3p. Optional UK inbound forwarding to a UK mobile costs 7p per started minute. Eligible destinations only.
Data and calling depend on service availability and account approval. Calling requires company verification and verified payment. Taxes and any separately required screening or licensing are confirmed before activation. Recording, transcription and SMS are not included.
